Kehua Holdings: The controlling shareholder plans to transfer shares, and the stock will be suspended next Monday.
Jin10 reported on August 15 that Kehua Holdings announced that the company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller, Chen Hongmin, along with his concerted parties, are planning to transfer the company’s shares, which may lead to a change in the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company. To ensure fair information disclosure and protect the interests of investors, the company’s stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of August 18, 2025, and the suspension time is expected to not exceed 2 trading days. During the suspension period, the company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations based on the progress of the matter.
