Circle, das Unternehmen hinter dem zweitgrößten stablecoin der Welt (USDC), zielt Berichten zufolge auf eine Bewertung von 5,65 Milliarden USD bei einem US-basierten Börsengang (IPO).

Laut Reuters wird Circle etwa 9,6 Millionen Aktien ausgeben, während einige seiner Aktionäre etwa 14,4 Millionen Aktien verkaufen möchten, die zwischen 24 $ und 26 $ pro Stück bepreist sind, um 624 Millionen $ zu sammeln.

Sobald die Listung abgeschlossen ist, wird Circle an der New Yorker Börse (NYSE) mit dem Ticker CRCL gehandelt.
