Former Cardano Chief Marketing Officer Adam Bates has joined XION as Chief Culture Officer.
The pioneering blockchain XION, dedicated to reshaping the rules and promoting the mainstream adoption of Web3, officially announced today that former Cardano Chief Marketing Officer Adam Bates has joined as its Chief Cult Officer. During his tenure at Input Output (IOHK), Bates led Cardano through its glorious period from 2020 to 2022, and now he will inject new energy into the XION project, which is full of "legend and experimental spirit."
Bates's addition will be responsible for accelerating XION's global market expansion and promoting XION's vision of "making crypto technology invisible." His strategy is to turn XION into a cultural phenomenon. After companies like Uber, BMW, Lego, and Amazon have achieved Web3 innovation through XION, he will further amplify these early successes to create a greater impact.

Bates's past achievements are not to be underestimated: at Cardano, he led the largest online and offline hybrid crypto event in history; won the title of "Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in the World" by Fast Company; and elevated the Cardano brand to surpass Nestle, BMW, and Bitcoin, ranking it in the Top 30 of the global brand fan love list.
