最近看了不少服務式公寓，感覺最大的问题在于，這些公寓的“客廳”空間太大了，而“書房”要么不存在要么不重要，僅僅在臥室裡放一張桌子了事。

我在等待這樣一個危機事件發生。但總體而言，這輪BTC的回調深度可能不如之前幾輪周期——核心原因在於美聯儲的政策空間本身是不對稱的：2026年的經濟背景不支持持續大幅加息，流動性收縮的幅度存在天花板。一旦經濟數據足夠差，美聯儲被迫轉鴿的速度反而可能快於市場預期，這意味著這輪熊市的持續時間和深度都將受到政策底的約束。
