As they say, new year, new me, this time I’m fully locking in.
- In bed by 12AM, up at 9AM
- Go to gym
- No alcohol, except on special occasions
- More home-cooked meals, less junk
Maybe it’s just age kicking in, but I’m genuinely ready to turn things around and leave the old, unhealthy habits behind. Not sure where this journey will lead, but I’m ready for it.
