MemeMax_Fi's Phase 1 event has concluded, and the design concept of this creator incentive program is worth noting.

The project team allocated a reward pool of $200K to be distributed among 200 high-quality creators — the key to this model is that it filters not only for engagement but also for continuous creative output and genuine recognition of the project. Based on feedback, Phase 1 achieved the expected level of popularity.

The insights for the creative ecosystem from this design are: early accumulation, consistent content output, and understanding of the project's direction often translate into tangible rewards. For those interested in the Web3 creator economy, the specific implementation details of this incentive mechanism and the participation outcomes are valuable case studies.

200K divided among 200 people, an average of 1K. It sounds okay, but don't think too much about it. This type of creator incentive really tests the execution details. Some projects have substantial prize pools, but in the end, it's just a cash grab. The popularity of Phase 1 shows that the selection process was thoughtful, but whether the momentum can be maintained in subsequent phases is the key. Consistent output is really important. I've seen many creators who just flood the platform with content when incentivized, but once the project cools down, there's no follow-up... By the way, has anyone received this award? Share the actual amount?

honestly the whole "curation as legitimacy" angle they're pushing here... it's basically just algorithmic gatekeeping dressed up in creator economy language. 200 creators out of what, thousands? smells like they're just optimizing the hash distribution to maximize optics

200,000 seems like a lot, but on average, each creator only gets 1,000 yuan. Can this really be called an incentive? Haha

200K分给200人,均匀分配的话也就千把块,感觉有点水啊

200k divided among 200 creators, an average of a thousand dollars each? Feels not as much as I imagined, but on the other hand, you do need some skills to get selected.

Wow, 200K splits among 200 creators? That’s only about 1K each? What can this money even do... But on the other hand, creators who genuinely produce work should be given some incentives, so they don’t all just go for rug projects. Is Phase 1 really that popular, or is it just hype? I haven’t seen much movement... This kind of model sounds good, but execution details are key. Don’t end up turning into a scam to harvest users’ funds again. Hey, do you think this might be a sign of the next project to go bankrupt? Haha

200k divided among 200 creators? That averages less than 1k per person, so the incentive level is really quite average.

Just 200K divided among 200 creators, an average of 1K per person? The number looks good, but after deducting taxes and platform fees, there's nothing left... --- What can Phase 1's popularity tell us? The key is whether there will be real money left in the subsequent stages. --- Basically, it's another way to filter loyal users. Early on, building familiarity really helps. --- The incentive mechanism sounds good, but how were the 200 creators selected? How deep is the water here? --- It's another "creator economy" story in a Web3 project. When will we see a sustainable model? --- I agree with continuing to promote that set of ideas, but how many people can really stick with it? --- I'm curious about how Phase 2 will be handled—will they continue to increase efforts or just fizzle out? --- $200K sounds impressive, but how much the actual participants can get is the real focus.
