When you deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency, a unique hash value is generated on the blockchain. This is called the Transaction ID (TxID). Think of it as an ID card for transactions on the chain.
Why is it necessary?
You can track the progress of deposits and withdrawals. Even if the transaction isn’t reflected for a long time, you can simply copy the TxID and search it on a block explorer to instantly see what stage it’s at.

Important points
Assets will not be sent until the blockchain node confirms it. If the network is congested, it may take some time. There’s no need to rush. However, if your withdrawal from MEXC to another platform isn’t reflected for some reason, just report the TxID to customer service.
TxID is a tracking tool for crypto assets. Learning how to use it will be extremely helpful if any issues arise.
