Many people often say that I made a “big mistake” when I sold all my $XRP. But is that really a mistake? Let’s look back at the past to make a more objective assessment. Remember in 2018, when $XRP reached a peak of 3.30 USD. But then, in 2020, the price dropped sharply to around 0.20 USD. Now, as we enter 2025, the price may return to the 3 USD mark, but will it continue to repeat the cycle of deep price drops as before? History often tends to repeat itself, and the most important question is: Will investors learn any lessons? The cryptocurrency market is always highly volatile, and $XRP is no exception. Although this is a coin with potential and I have held it before, it cannot be denied that it is highly susceptible to manipulation. Large “whales” always have their own strategies to control prices, creating strong pump waves to attract investors, only to then dump their holdings causing prices to plummet. Therefore, when investing in any type of asset, make sure to analyze the charts yourself, observe market trends rather than just following news or emotions. Price drops are an inevitable part of investing, but it is important for you to know when to enter and when to exit. Am I wrong for having sold $XRP in the past? Only time will tell. But one thing is for sure, nothing is guaranteed in this market. Keep a cool head, analyze thoroughly, and always be prepared for any possible scenarios.
