According to Foresight News, reports from China News Weekly state that court documents show that Qian Zhimin purchased a total of 194,951 Bitcoins, exceeding the 61,000 coins identified by the police, but the court did not disclose the situation regarding the remaining 120,000 Bitcoins. In an interview with British media, Detective Joe Ryan from the London Metropolitan Police revealed that Qian Zhimin claimed that the “password” for his Wallet containing 20,000 Bitcoins was “lost.” According to the latest market conversion, these “lost” Bitcoins are valued at approximately 12.5 billion.
