Golden Ten Data, June 9, according to the Japan Broadcasting Association (NHK), today (June 9) an explosion occurred in the area where the ammunition depot of the U.S. military Kadena base in Okinawa is located, and people are allegedly injured. According to an official from Japan’s Self-Defense Forces, it was reported that the area where the explosion occurred was a temporary storage facility for the recovery of “dud bombs.” At present, the Japanese Self-Defense Forces are stepping up their efforts to verify the relevant situation.
