According to Crypto onchain data, a large crypto whale continues to sell a significant amount of altcoin.
According to the data provided by Spot On Chain, a crypto whale transferred 30,001 Aave (AAVE) tokens worth approximately 5 million dollars to a centralized crypto exchange. This whale had made over 12 million dollars in profit from this AAVE position.
The whale wallet returned to the market on March 19 after a 4-month sleep period and transferred 73,501 AAVE tokens worth 12.51 million dollars to one of the centralized crypto exchanges. At the time of this transfer, the average price of AAVE was around 170.13 dollars. As of the time this article was written, the price of AAVE is trading around 167 dollars.
However, the whale wallet has not completely disposed of its AAVE tokens. Onchain data shows that this crypto whale still holds 37,425 AAVE worth 6.23 million dollars in its wallet.
The massive whale has made a total of 12.46 million dollars from this position so far, which is a profit of 87%.
