Victory Securities has been approved by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide fully discretionary account management services for virtual assets to retail and professional investors.

Golden Finance reported that Victory Securities has officially obtained two important virtual asset business approvals from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide products and services related to virtual assets (VA):

1. Authorized to provide discretionary account management services (Discretionary Account Management Services, DAMS) for retail and professional investors, investing in spot virtual assets, virtual asset futures, and virtual asset options in accordance with the suitability regulations of the Securities Regulatory Commission;
2. Authorized to distribute structured products of virtual assets with physical subscription and settlement to professional investors.
