Today is the 309th day since I started writing posts, and there hasn't been a single day I skipped. Every post is not done half-heartedly, but with serious preparation. If you think I'm a serious person, you can follow me, and I hope the content can help you every day. The world is big, and I am small, so please follow me to avoid being hard to find.

Friends, when trading, do you feel anxious, flustered, or pressured? Do you know why this is? Because your mind is unsettled; impatience often stems from lack of experience. New traders always want to double their money quickly, while seasoned traders understand that slow is fast. Real profit takes time to accumulate, not frequent trading. The confusion comes from unclear strategies; without a clear trading plan, one will drift with the market fluctuations. Being swept up by market emotions creates pressure because of overly high goals, dreaming of doubling every month, which ultimately leads to being consumed by greed. Accepting reasonable returns can instead lead to steady growth. The market will not change because of your emotions, but your gains and losses are determined by your mindset. True trading experts know that one must first cultivate their mind before seeking profits. If you want to achieve stable profits, you must first refine your mentality; if you want to win in the long run, you must first establish discipline.
Make a plan before trading, clarify entry and exit rules, strictly execute them during operations, and do not change decisions impulsively due to emotions. Review and summarize after the market closes, let go of attachments, and prepare for the next battle. Analyze the market with a calm eye and treat gains and losses with a peaceful mindset. To help others, one must first help oneself; to help oneself, one must first calm the heart. In the world of trading, the biggest opponent is not the market, but oneself. Only with a clear mind can one see the trend, and only with a tranquil state of mind can one move forward steadily!
