Just saw that Michael Saylor hit the Bloomberg Billionaires Index for the first time—ranked 491st with a net worth around $7.37 billion. Pretty wild considering he's up like $1 billion just since the start of this year, that's 15.8% growth. Most of his wealth is tied up in MicroStrategy stock (about $6.72 billion), with only around $650 million in cash. Speaking of which, MSTR stock itself has climbed nearly 12% during the same period. Interesting how Michael Saylor's net worth is so heavily concentrated in one company—basically betting the house on his own business. Wonder if that's typical for billionaires in tech or if he's more of an outlier. Anyway, solid year for him.
