Flow 网络恢复进展：第一阶段已正常运行

Foresight News 消息，Flow 发推表示，在与验证者和生态系统合作者的协调下，Flow 网络已成功过渡至第一阶段运营状态。Cadence 环境已恢复正常功能，网络正在产生区块并处理交易，99.9% 以上的账户功能已全面恢复。EVM 环境暂时处于只读模式，恢复将于第三阶段进行。下一步将继续进行 Cadence 的修复工作，并在 24 至 48 小时内更新进展。
