Youth represents the future of the nation, and their wisdom, wealth, strength, independence, and progressive spirit directly influence the development of the country. This viewpoint originates from Liang Qichao's "On the Youth of China" written in 1900, which reflects his profound contemplation after the failure of the Hundred Days' Reform. Liang Qichao placed the hope of the nation on young people, believing that how youth perceive the world, act, and make judgments will determine the future direction of the country.

However, in today's rapidly developing society, people seem to have overlooked the examination of the spiritual level. The rapid economic growth has brought numerous opportunities, making money the primary goal for many. People often use money to measure the value of things and to divide social classes. In this atmosphere, spiritual wealth appears to be out of place and is regarded as "pretentious" or "out of touch with reality."

In the blockchain industry, especially in the field of cryptocurrency, this phenomenon is even more pronounced. The pace of industry development is extremely fast, and people have almost no time to think; everything is judged solely by whether it can make money. Many people have quit their jobs due to the high returns of cryptocurrencies and have thrown themselves into it wholeheartedly. However, this frantic pursuit of wealth, especially for young people, may have a profound impact on the formation of their values and methodologies.

Some industry tycoons even openly share how to acquire wealth and ways to make money from others, while those being taken advantage of still blindly follow. In this field, concepts such as communities, community building, and personal IP have become distorted tools for nurturing new victims or reaping old ones.

Nevertheless, we cannot deny the importance of individual IP and technical teams. The problem is that many people are obsessed with building communities and personal IP, leading to a surge of media and public accounts. These communities often exhibit the collective unconscious state described in "The Crowd", making them susceptible to manipulation by a few individuals.

Therefore, we need to reflect: do our actions bring value and progress to society and the industry? We should guide young people to create value, rather than using profit as the sole measure. When facing any blockchain project, we should first ask what practical value it can bring, rather than merely focusing on superficial factors like the team, advisors, market hype, and so on.

Our development has been rapid, and now we need to slow down, focus on overcoming technical challenges, and strive to establish China as a leader in the open-source public chain field. We should commit to building an ecosystem that allows blockchain to truly empower the real economy rather than consume resources. Most importantly, we need to help the younger generation form the correct values, as this is the hope for both the blockchain industry and the country.

Everyone has their own expertise and positioning; not everyone is suited to be a teacher, work in IP, community operations, cryptocurrency trading, investing, or writing. Finding your own position and working diligently is the way to ultimately achieve fruitful results.
