According to Yonhap News Agency, Yin Xiyue’s side has hired a team of legal representatives and will send representatives to attend the first pre-trial meeting of the impeachment case. At 9:22 am local time on the 27th, the Constitutional Court of South Korea stated that it had received the authorization letter from the agent submitted by Yin Xiyue’s side. The legal representative team includes Pei Fuyun, a constitutional researcher at the former Constitutional Court, who served as the spokesperson for the Constitutional Court during the impeachment trial of former President Park Geun-hye.
