VanEck Ventures and its digital asset subsidiary invest $2.5 million in DAWN

VanEck Ventures and the Digital Assets Alpha Fund, a subsidiary of VanEck, have invested $2.5 million in DAWN through strategic financing, according to a report by Jinse Finance. This round of strategic financing marks the ‘first direct investment by VanEck’s multiple funds in the same company’. Prior to the latest round of financing, Andrena, the company behind DAWN, raised $18 million in a financing round in August. $2.5 million will be partially used to expand retail participation through hardware, allowing users to create mini networks for internet sharing and enabling DAWN to expand internationally.
