Shenyang Chemical: Proposed acquisition of 0.6667% equity of Sinochem Dongda

On November 22nd, Jinshi Data announced that Shenyang Chemical plans to acquire 0.6667% equity of Zhonghua Dongda held by Zibo Chemical through an agreement transfer, and will hold 100% equity of Zhonghua Dongda after completion. The board of directors has reviewed and approved the acquisition proposal, and no shareholder meeting approval is required. This acquisition is expected to not constitute a major asset reorganization, and the final transaction price will be based on the evaluation results. This transaction will help integrate the resources of the company’s polyether polyol sector, enhance control over Zhonghua Dongda, improve overall operational decision-making efficiency, and have no significant impact on the financial condition and operating results of Shenyang Chemical. Zhonghua Dongda is currently a subsidiary of Shenyang Chemical and its financial statements have been included in the consolidated financial statements.
