Abstract generation in progress

BlockBeats news, on November 5th, CNN reporter Marshall Cohen tweeted that Musk’s proxy lawyer Chris Gober said that the $1 million donated by Musk every day is not a lottery, there is no prize to win, and the recipients are not randomly selected. Instead, this $1 million is their salary ‘earned’ as Musk’s pro-Trump super PAC spokesperson. Gober said that the recipients are selected based on their ‘suitability’ and personal stories. In response, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s team stated that Musk ‘fully acknowledges responsibility’ and violated Pennsylvania law by operating an illegal lottery. Gober argued that there is a distinction between ‘random’ and ‘accidental’, which is why he claims that this does not fall under the category of illegal lottery under Pennsylvania gambling laws. BlockBeats previously reported that Musk’s PAC was sued by the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office in the United States, demanding the cessation of the $1 million lottery campaign.
