Chui Sai On submits nomination form for Chief Executive election in Macao SAR

Jinshi data, September 10th news, Chen Haohui, who is running for the sixth chief executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region, submitted the candidate nomination form to the Chief Executive Election Committee of the Special Administrative Region in the morning of the 10th, and he received a total of 383 nominations from the electors. The election of the sixth chief executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region will be held on October 13th, and the chief executive will be elected by the election committee composed of 400 electors. According to the Macao Special Administrative Region Chief Executive Election Law, the chief executive candidate should receive no less than 66 nominations from the electors. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Chief Executive Election Law, the Election Committee has set the nomination period for the candidates for the sixth chief executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region from August 29th to September 12th.
