EigenDA now supports staking for L2 native tokens and introduces Custom Quorums.

Odaily Planet Daily News EigenDA announced the introduction of Custom Quorums supporting Layer2 native Token stake on X. The team can now stake ERC-20 Tokens to ensure their rollup's custom quorum, unlocking greater security for rollup users and providing returns for Token holders. For rollups, rollup can now collaborate with the EigenDA team to bring its Token into the custom quorum collection, and in the future, it will be achieved without permission; For operators: With the addition of ERC20 Token custom quorum to EigenDA, operators will soon be able to choose to support staking other tokens in the same way as staking ETH and EIGEN. Please note that choosing to add additional quorum may significantly increase Total Quorum Stake and should be adjusted according to system requirements; For stakers: With the release of this feature, stakers will be able to stake EigenDA and choose to support any ERC20 Token, and delegate these Tokens to operators who protect EigenDA. EigenDA is the Active Verification Service (AVS) launched on EigenLayer. According to the EigenLayer website, it is protected by approximately 3.6 million staked ETH and 71.5 million EIGEN contributed by over 128,000 stakers.
