Data: For every 6 tokens listed on CEX, 1 will be delisted within 1-2 years.

[Data: 1 in every 6 Tokens listed on CEX will be delisted within 1-2 years] According to monitoring by NFTevening, 1 in every 6 Tokens listed on CEX will be delisted within 1-2 years; from 2021 to May 2025, CEX has listed over 420 Tokens, with about 70 being delisted, resulting in a delisting rate of 16.6%. NFTevening pointed out that CEX regularly conducts Token cleanups, especially large-scale cleanup operations in November 2024 and April 2025, usually quietly removing 5-10 Tokens after listing 10-15 new Tokens. NFTevening pointed out that CEX adopts this strategy to protect platform liquidity, as an excess of tokens can lead to capital dispersion. Most tokens experience a price surge on the first day of listing, but drop more than 90% within a few months. Listing on CEX cannot avoid the underlying tokenomics flaws of the tokens themselves or issues such as poor management by the project team.
