We even pushed right outside of this structure, but it eventually held within by close on each candle. Just further validates how critical this trend line is. Looks like we've got a ton of pressure building up. Notice how we're beginning to flip bullish on the MACD, the double shaded squeeze present as we retest the upper trend line, and how close we are with a new golden cross. Watch for a breakout on the Daily above the track line *and* the upper trend line, and once that holds, then we should expect a heavy breakout soon after with the help of this shaded squeeze 👍

Price is being squeezed as lower highs keep forming under the descending trendline, while volume fades — a classic setup for a breakdown. With EMA-9 and SMA-50 still above, momentum leans bearish. A clean break below 0.0000190 could open downside toward 0.0000170–0.0000160. On the flip side, bulls only gain ground if they reclaim the trendline around 0.0000205–0.0000210, which could fuel a push into 0.0000225–0.0000240. Right now, the chart of $XEC keeps favoring sellers unless buyers step up hard at support.

A golden cross is starting to creep up, look how close they are to touching (50DMA/200DMA). Local support is holding so far underneath (long light blue line). Track line is red right now so we would need a push back up to get out of this basing stage. Most of all, watch the Weekly. Definitely a double bottom, but it could turn into a triple. Need to watch this squeeze closely because a move is coming from it. Needs to break above the track line so that we don't get another breakdown on HTFs, and instead reverse it, play off this double/triple bottom, and then break out with a hefty move on the Weekly. But again.. we need to push back above the $0.00002251 area. All in all, just needs to get out of this basing stage into a new uptrend on HTFs, which it can still do. Until then, be careful with this 'possible' triple tap/bottom.

Higher highs and higher lows are important for the bullish narrative. Lower highs and lower lows and down she goes... 200MA's are the main benchmark points that are commonly used by traders. The moving averages can tell us a lot about price action. For example, when the white 21MA has a wide spread between 200MA, this indicates a consolidation is coming. We can see an example of this on the left in the chart. The yellow 200MA has a big gap between it, and the white 21MA is below the 200MA. Things tightened up price action consolidated.
