April, der an der Nasdaq notierte US-Emittent Currenc Group Inc. hat Securitize beauftragt, seine Stammaktien zu tokenisieren; dies wird es dieser Aktie ermöglichen, rund um die Uhr zu handeln, in Form von teilweisen Anteilen gehalten zu werden sowie Funktionen wie Anwendungen des dezentralen Finanzwesens (DeFi) bereitzustellen. Securitize ist derzeit eine führende Institution im Bereich der Tokenisierung; kürzlich wurde sie außerdem damit beauftragt, am Aufbau einer rund um die Uhr verfügbaren tokenisierten Wertpapierplattform der New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) mitzuwirken. Im Bereich der regelkonformen Ausgabe von Aktien auf der Kette hat SuperState zuvor bereits eine Vielzahl von Geschäften aufgebaut; Galaxy, Forward und SharpLink sowie weitere Institutionen haben sich dafür entschieden, über ihre Plattform die Ausgabe von Aktien auf der Kette abzuwickeln.
