Gate News Meldung: Am 7. April gab SOL Strategies bekannt, dass der Erwerb der Solana-Zero-Knowledge-Technologie-Firma Darklake Labs abgeschlossen ist. Der Transaktionsgesamtpreis beläuft sich auf 1,2 Millionen USD und umfasst 200.000 USD in bar sowie 1,0 Millionen USD in Form von Stammaktien des Unternehmens. Darklake Labs ist ein Early-Stage-Startup im Solana-Ökosystem, das ein dynamisches Zero-Knowledge-Proof-System namens Zyga entwickelt hat. Dieses System ist speziell für die Solana-Blockchain konzipiert und soll, bei gleichzeitiger Wahrung der Transaktionsprivatsphäre, im Ausführungsschritt Front-Running-Transaktionen und Sandwich-Angriffe verhindern bzw. eliminieren. Nach Abschluss der Übernahme werden die Gründer von Darklake Labs sowie das Kernteam zu SOL Strategies wechseln.
