最新消息：比特币政策研究所(BPI)认为美国国会仍有机会为小额比特币交易通过最低限度税收豁免，但警告称这一政治机会可能在未来几个月内关闭。
BPI表示在过去三个月内已与众议院和参议院的19个国会办公室进行了接触。
