After fundraising reaches the predetermined target, the sales will not stop. Instead, the FDV begins to rise linearly, eventually reaching 99 million US dollars. When the public offering officially ends, all participants will receive tokens at a unified settlement price. This design ensures that later participants won’t suffer losses.
