How does SWGToken handle the conflict between freelancer and client such as a freelancers submit a bad product outcome to client or client hold the payment after the freelancer perfectly submit the product to client?

most of the freelancer may just want to earn and withdrawn the money asap but currently have many layers of fee included, gas for wallet to exchange, exchange trading fee, withdrawal fee. Will SWGToken plan having a withdrawal or swap mechanism for swapping $SWGT to $USDT?

revenue is one of the important key element to keep the project going, but SWGToken plan to create a 0 commission decentralized marketplace. Can tell us what is the business model and how does the revenue generate to make sure project sustainability?
