Google will build a new artificial intelligence campus in South Korea, the South Korean presidential office confirms

South Korea’s presidential policy adviser, Kim Yong-pan, said on Monday that the South Korean government has reached an agreement with Google to jointly build an artificial intelligence park in Seoul, strengthening cooperation between Google and homegrown South Korean technology talent and startups. Kim Yong-pan said that on the same day, South Korean President Lee Jae-myung met in Seoul with Demis Hassabis, CEO of Google DeepMind. The Ministry of Science and ICT of South Korea and Google signed a memorandum of understanding on the artificial intelligence park project. (Sina Finance)
