ETH $2,388——Are you afraid of this level?

Not afraid—probably you’ve already been trapped into buying at 2,400.
If you’re afraid, you’re still waiting to pin in at 2,200.
Both types of people are now scrolling on their phones, watching what others say.

---

Good news in such abundance it’s scary:

The ETF has seen net inflows for three straight weeks—last week it pulled in $155 million.
BlackRock’s ETHA jumped in with $138 million in a single week—real money.

Glamsterdam upgrade is coming—
Parallel execution, and the Gas cap raised to 100 million. Sounds insanely bullish.

Iran has paused hostilities, and oil prices crashed 10% in a day.
The S&P hit a record high, and VIX slid down to 17.48.
On a macro level, it looks like nothing can stop the rally anymore.

---

But when you open the candlestick chart, your heart drops:

Why is the price still here?

The range between 2,350 and 2,400 has been churning—back and forth—for an entire week.

The volatility index EVIX is at 62.19, way higher than Bitcoin’s 41.8.
What does that mean?
Big funds don’t dare to move—volatility is about to spark—but what’s the direction? Nobody knows.

Let’s add something to keep you up at night:

There’s a giant whale address, “0xed4”. Over the past 24 hours, it deposited 5,532 ETH into HyperLiquid, apparently getting ready to dump.
And it’s not over—he closed a 20x short, but he still has another 20x short sitting on Lighter.
So is he bearish or bullish? Either way, it’s definitely not the guy chasing longs.

Aave is even messier.
KelpDAO’s rsETH had issues; WETH pool utilization once hit 100%, and liquidity was nearly drained.
The USDC borrowing rate jumped straight from 3.42% to 6.91%.
This kind of chain reaction—do you think it’ll happen again?

My bottom line and strategy (clear levels):

Spot / low-long-leverage players: no new positions

· Bottom line: $2,285. 4H Bollinger lower band + the mid-term dividing line—use it as the baseline for your bottom longs.
· Add positions: Only wait for **a breakout with volume and stabilization above $2,420**, then chase from the right side. Targets: $2,500 / $2,630.
· Stop loss: A drop below $2,330 means it was a false breakout—get out.

Futures players: sell high, buy low within the range

· Pullback longs: **$2,300-2,320** entry, stop loss $2,270, target $2,380 → $2,420.
· Rebound shorts: **$2,380-2,400** try a short, stop loss $2,430, target $2,330.

Position sizing: max 3x leverage. Whoever goes heavy at this level will feel miserable—only those who don’t get thrown off the train can call it surviving.

One question for you:

If this wave gets smashed back to 2,300—would you dare to take it?
Or are you waiting for 2,200?
