These days, everyone’s lunch is usually pretty good.


For dinner, it’s always the “Ten-Powers-All-Heal, Raucous-But-My-Go-To Turtle Meat.”
We’ve probably already got over a dozen tables of people.
Feels like all the brothers and sisters in the crypto world are kind of fake!
From what I can tell, 80% don’t really exercise.
And the other 20% are extremely self-disciplined.
Actually, I’m not a gym/fitness guy.
Then recently, I watched a bunch of videos by some doctor.
Suddenly I got it—that it’s all about eating clean.
Meat, eggs, and dairy + vegetables.
Just do the basics, and that’s it.
So after that, I decided I have to focus on having:
1. Eggs
2. All kinds of vegetables
3. All kinds of dairy products / dairy itself
4. Meat—various kinds of meat
5. Corn / sweet potatoes / potatoes
