The true path of trading has always been lonely and arduous.
Every entry and placement, every decisive order, corresponds to two possible outcomes: profit or loss. The market does not favor anyone.
When the trend moves in your favor and the account profits, you feel naturally relaxed and secure;
once the direction reverses or the trend falls short of expectations, the pressure from floating losses, the anxiety of holding positions, and the mental exhaustion—only you can silently bear them.
There is no such thing as a 100% accurate judgment in the financial markets;
ups and downs, rotations between bulls and bears are normal. No one can get every trade perfectly right, nor can anyone profit continuously from start to finish.
Trading itself is a process of constant trial and error, continuous correction, and mental resilience building.
Many people's losses are never due to the market itself, but because of mental breakdowns, rushing to recover, chasing highs and selling lows, or stubbornly holding onto positions.
The more frantic the losses, the easier it is to make wrong decisions. When the mind is chaotic, the rhythm is completely disrupted.
A mature trader knows how to stabilize their mind amid volatility, keep profits from expanding recklessly, and avoid panic during losses.
Calmly analyze the market structure, rationally decompose position risks, approach oscillations with a cyclical mindset, discipline oneself in operations, patiently wait for the trend to recover, and gradually resolve the dilemma of holding positions.
In the end, investing is not about technical skill but about mental resilience.
Maintaining rationality, controlling emotions, and respecting the market are essential to long-term success in the cycle of bull and bear markets.
