Been over a month at work, and my biological clock is finally adjusted😭 Now I go to bed before midnight, but I naturally wake up before 7:30 in the morning.


Damn, I was supposed to rest today, I even turned off my alarm at 7:30 last night, but I still woke up naturally at 7:30.
After that, I couldn’t fall back asleep no matter what, so I just lay in bed scrolling through my phone for a while.
Until now, I was hungry, so I got up to find something to eat.
