Been working for over a month, and my biological clock is finally adjusted 😭


Now I go to bed before midnight, but I naturally wake up before 7:30 in the morning
Damn, I was supposed to rest today, but I turned off my alarm at 7:30 last night, yet I still woke up naturally at 7:30, and I couldn’t fall back asleep no matter how hard I tried
So I just lay in bed scrolling on my phone for a while, until I got hungry and finally got up to find something to eat
