Mars Finance News: On April 10, the Ministry of Education and four other departments issued the “Artificial Intelligence + Education Action Plan,” which mentions building a national educational intelligent computing power service platform to effectively gather computing power, data, models, tools, and other artificial intelligence innovation resources. Make good use of the education and scientific research computer networks, connect the national computing training grounds, national computing hubs, enterprises, and universities, and integrate various intelligent computing, general computing, and supercomputing resources. Encourage provincial education administrative departments to utilize the national integrated computing network to provide computing power support for artificial intelligence applications. Focus on ideological and political education, subject knowledge, scientific research, and other areas, organize the development of a national basic corpus, and encourage localities and universities to develop domain-specific datasets. Strengthen the national education big data center, establish cross-departmental, cross-regional, and cross-platform data networks, and explore dynamic update mechanisms based on platforms, journals, and terminals. The state conducts organized research and development of large AI models for education across different educational stages, enhancing capabilities such as value alignment, logical reasoning, safety, and ethics, to support localities and universities’ applications, effectively avoiding resource waste and low-level repetitive construction.
