Deep Tide TechFlow message, April 08, according to The Block, Ethereum researchers are exploring the “Block-in-Blobs” proposal (EIP-8142), which plans to encode block execution load data into Blobs. Validators can verify the existence of data through data availability sampling (DAS) without downloading the entire dataset, reducing bandwidth pressure and improving scalability.

Also, Biconomy, together with the Ethereum Foundation, has proposed ERC-8211, which supports executing multiple steps in order under a single signature for a transaction, reducing failed transactions and optimizing the DeFi interaction experience.
