American's love to take risks, it is in their nature as pioneers, explorers and the leaders of the free world, and there's no doubt that some people take it too far, and those people need help.

Yet, how does the Arizona Department of Gaming decide to address this issue? By spending more money suing companies, than addressing the problem at its core.
