Golden Finance reports. On April 5, according to a report by the Russian Sputnik on April 4, the head of the Iranian diplomatic mission in Cairo, Mojtaba Ferdowsi Pur, said in an interview with the media that Iran tends to resolve issues through diplomatic channels, but the United States and Israel attacked Iran twice during the negotiations. Ferdowsi Pur said, “During the crisis, we have always adhered to diplomatic means. In 2025, we sat at the negotiating table, but at that time, the United States and Israel attacked us. Since then, progress has been made in reaching an agreement, but then the attack incidents occurred again.” The United States and Israel began carrying out strikes against targets inside Iran on February 28. Iran retaliated against Israel’s territory and against U.S. military targets in the Middle East. (Jin Ten)
