Aesthetic standards change with the times. I still vaguely remember ten years ago when medical aesthetics was rising, and everyone was getting various facial fillers, puffing up their entire faces until they looked bloated and swollen. A decade later, these people realized that as they aged, fuller faces tend to sag more easily and look older. Now the trending procedures are almost all about facial fat dissolving. I feel like current aesthetic standards are already great, and I can't imagine what kind of better-looking configuration could exist beyond this.
