Techub News reports that Singapore-based technology innovation company MetaComp has completed its Pre-A+ round of financing, led by venture capital institutions including Alibaba and Spark Venture, with participation from existing shareholders. The company completed two rounds of financing within three months with a combined total of 35 million dollars. The raised funds will be used to build a Web2.5 integrated payment and wealth management platform. The platform will provide stablecoin/fiat currency hybrid payments and securities/RWA token hybrid wealth management. Additionally, the raised funds will be used to accelerate the expansion of its StableX network in high-growth regions including Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, and to develop the Agent-Skills-MCP architecture to support agent-based Web2.5 payment and wealth management services.
