Happy New Year to all friends in Gate Square!

Today is the Year of the Horse in 2026, and I wish everyone a fun time at Gate Square. I also want to thank the official activities for giving us a space to relax and communicate beyond trading.

Looking back at this week's market, it's been quite interesting. Everyone is discussing the "Spring Festival Effect." In previous years, the market usually experienced low-volume consolidation before the holiday, followed by a directional move afterward. This year, with the Fed's rate cut expectations delayed and the unique "non-stop" speculative mood of the Year of the Horse, the market is currently in a "delicate balance."

First, regarding the current "trend": it's not a broad rally, but a structural bull market.
Currently, BTC is bouncing around near $60,000, and ETH is the same. But have you noticed? This wave is different from previous ones.

My personal view is:
Don't chase MEME tokens that have already increased tenfold or even dozens of times. The opportunities in the Year of the Horse lie in "value discovery." Some new projects recently launched on Gate, especially those with low market caps and belonging to new sectors, are worth trying with "position experience vouchers" in small amounts. The Year of the Horse is fast-paced, but we should be more cautious about heavy falls. Using 5-10% of your position to chase high beta, and holding 80% steady in mainstream assets—that's the most comfortable approach I see at this stage.

Second, about "red envelopes" and "mindset": slow is fast.
The official GT red envelope giveaway is very sincere. As Gate's platform token, GT's ecosystem empowerment is growing stronger. Instead of gambling on the futures market for overnight riches, it's better to save the GT rewards from this activity. I set a small goal for myself: this Year of the Horse, avoid FOMO (fear of missing out) chasing highs, and only pick up chips during panic.

During the Spring Festival, liquidity is often at its lowest, but it's also the best time for us to "review." Open your Gate account and look at last year's trading records—what was luck, and what was skill? This habit is more important than any technical indicator.

Third, the power of Gate Square: from "solo" to "collective."
In the past, trading crypto meant staying up late to watch K-lines alone. Now, with the Square, we can exchange information through likes, comments, and quotes. The rules mention that "interaction volume" will be weighted in scoring, which I think is excellent. Good ideas need collision, and timely reminders can save lives.

I suggest everyone share more genuine trading logs, even a screenshot of a trade or a lesson learned from a stop-loss—these are valuable. Recently, I’ve been trying to post daily on Gate Square to record my actions, both to leave a trace for myself and to push myself to input more by output.

Finally, my blessings and expectations for the Year of the Horse:
In traditional culture, the horse symbolizes speed and progress. In this uncertain crypto market, I hope we can all be "long-term riders."

Getting red envelopes is a good start, but protecting profits is a skill. May we enjoy the exhilarating rain of red envelopes in Gate Square, and after the noise, still hold our chips steadily. #我在Gate广场过新年 #Gate广场发帖领五万美金红包 #Gate春节赛马红包嘉年华
