Today I was a bit dazed, bought a chicken, and tried making plain boiled chicken for the first time!


Just when I took it out of the bag, I was completely confused, not sure where to start. Gritting my teeth, I cut it into pieces and put it in the pot. Listening to it bubbling for half an hour, I was busy and flustered in the kitchen for a whole hour.
Finally, it was done! My first time making it, and it looks okay! The taste is pretty good too. I have to say, Chongqing people have a natural sensitivity to seasonings, and this soul dipping sauce is really great 😄😄
