I can't figure out a problem: after a certain project skyrocketed from a low point to a high level, the project team started daily buybacks, but the price continued to fall. Why is that?

To put it simply, the market has given it an undeserved valuation. The project reaching this price range has already overextended expectations.

But the project team is really doing buybacks, and they have continuous funding for operations. Shouldn't that stabilize the price?

The key point is—selling pressure outweighs buying power. Who is selling? Large holders who entered early and cashed out at high levels hold a lot of chips. The project team’s buyback funds actually come from early financing, essentially using borrowed money to buy back the chips sold by retail and institutional investors. Once this logic breaks down, buybacks can no longer prevent the decline.

Exactly right, buybacks are just a cover-up; the funds raised are simply used for rescue.

I have to question the logic that repurchase funds come from financing—can you break down the specific data? What is the total financing amount, the average daily repurchase volume, and the actual liquidity ratio? Just talking about pressure being greater than strength is too vague.

Haha, the early big whales' dumping was so aggressive that the buybacks couldn't hold up at all.

Stop talking, this is a dead loop... The funds from the financing go to acquire early-stage chips, no one can stop it.

This is a typical token deflation model breakdown. No matter how much is repurchased, it can't withstand selling pressure, indicating that the incentive balance design for early financing was flawed.

Buyback can't stop the selling pressure. To put it simply, the booster’s power isn't enough. The group of sellers has too many chips, and it’s impossible to crush them.
