BREV hasn't had much activity lately, so I decisively entered a short position in the evening. The decline after entry was smooth, the only frustrating part was the extremely high funding rate, so I had to close it quickly. Switched to ZKP and other mainstream coins, continuing to trade altcoins and Ethereum overnight. I'm looking for an opportunity to go long on Ethereum, hoping to catch a rebound. But honestly, the overall trend hasn't changed much; it still depends on the fundamentals. The funding fee can really eat into a lot of profits, so careful planning is essential.

BREV-4,03%
ZKP-6,68%
ETH-1,44%

Funding rate, this damn thing is truly an invisible killer; earning it is just a wasted effort.

Funding rate is really an invisible money-grabbing machine, with small profits being completely eaten away.

Funding rates are truly the invisible vampires, taking almost all the profits. --- BREV's short position this time was smart, taking profits in time and not being greedy. This attitude is spot on. --- Ethereum's rebound is indeed worth waiting for, but the current overall environment is still a bit oppressive. --- Try small long positions first, only move large amounts after confirming the fundamentals. This is the truly sustainable approach. --- Fake coins are indeed prone to violent swings at night, but if the fee rate is high, make sure to do the math carefully. --- Before turning bullish, take another look. Don't rush; the fundamentals haven't reversed yet.

Funding rate is like a supply line cut off on the battlefield; no matter how good the position is, it can't be held. I see your short position on BREV, and closing it in time is the right move—staying alive is more important than making money.

Funding rate really is an invisible way to cut leeks; earning 10 percentage points, and half of it is eaten away.
