The price has already approached the lower Bollinger Band, which usually indicates what? Clear signs of short-term overselling. As the Bollinger Bands gradually narrow, the probability of an upward breakout is quite high. The lower band often serves as the critical point for technical correction.
Now, looking at the MACD—DIF line is still below the DEA line, and the green histogram bars are also below the zero line, indicating a bearish sentiment. But there is a key detail to watch for: whether a bottom divergence appears. If the price dips further but the MACD green histogram shrinks and the lows are rising, what does that mean? The bearish momentum is weakening, and the bullish force is quietly accumulating. Once this signal is confirmed, a trend reversal is not far off.
Trading Strategy
Consider going long if the price pulls back to the 90,900-90,400 range. The first target is 92,200-93,000. If it breaks through, continue to look for a rise to 94,000.

ngl, bottom divergence is the play here but tbh most retail won't see it coming... they're all staring at the obvious oversold signals while the real accumulation happens in the dark forest below 90400. classic setup for another sandwich attack if you ask me.

Bollinger Bands touching the lower band, MACD green histogram shrinking, and bullish divergence signals—this combination is indeed quite powerful. The key is whether there is node-level trading volume data to verify, otherwise it's just a theoretical reversal on paper.

I need to keep a close eye on the bearish divergence, or else I'll get hit with another sharp drop.

Is bearish divergence happening again? I lost a lot last time I trusted this signal. Can you not fool me this time... Entered long at 90900, betting that this wave can break 94k, otherwise I'll keep cutting losses.

Bottom divergence is indeed worth paying attention to, but you probably shouldn't get in until the green bars contract. For now, it still feels a bit early.

Be cautious with bearish divergence. Last time, I suffered a big loss because I was too aggressive, and now I don't dare to follow blindly.
