Asian borrowers launched a USD bond issuance plan for 2026 this week. This is an interesting signal—analysts generally expect global corporate issuance to increase this year, setting new records. From AI infrastructure deployment to US market expansion, corporate financing demand remains strong. The USD bond market, as an important channel for international financing, reflects Asian companies' ongoing confidence in growth-oriented investments. Especially amid the ongoing AI boom and expanding cross-border investments, corporate financing activities are frequent, and bond issuance volumes are expected to hit new highs. This financing trend is also indirectly shaping the capital landscape of the entire Web3 and cryptocurrency ecosystem—when traditional financial markets see increased financing activity, institutional investors' risk appetite and capital allocation strategies will also adjust accordingly. Notably, the proactive moves by Asian issuers may set a benchmark for companies in other regions.

This move in Asia is quite interesting, really paving the way for the upcoming funding wave.

technically speaking, if you actually analyze the mempool data during these corporate bond issuances, the capital flow inefficiencies are demonstrably sub-optimal. everyone's obsessing over headline issuance numbers but nobody's measuring the real transaction throughput costs involved. this is why trad finance stays gas-inefficient—they don't even think in terms of base layer optimization.

Asia is once again competing for funding, with a surge in USD bond issuance. Basically, institutions are lining up to grab the money. How long can the AI concept last?

Asian players are rushing again. This wave of dollar-denominated bonds will definitely drain liquidity from institutions, and it's already good if Web3 can still get a slice of the pie.

Asia took the lead in this round, actually betting that the AI cycle can still be hyped... Behind the new high in USD bonds, institutions are positioning themselves.
