2025 is here, and it's a new beginning.

This year, I’ve been trading quite a bit in the secondary market with M coins. To be honest, frequent trading hasn't yielded much excess return, and I haven't earned as much as those who truly hold their positions. Reflecting on this, it mainly comes down to the common mistake of chasing highs and selling lows.

My deepest impression is that, compared to previous years, the market has clearly offered fewer "big opportunities" this year. Instead, I’ve observed a phenomenon: project teams are clustering around the TGE method for issuing tokens. This concentrated wave of token unlocks, whether for traders or for the projects themselves, signifies new challenges. Opportunities are fewer, but the mechanism has changed, and this might be the most noteworthy market variable in 2025.

It's another year, another cycle of market education... I've lost count of how many times I've fallen into the trap of chasing highs and selling lows. --- Intensive TGE unlocks, this wave really requires caution. Retail investors are the main force getting caught in this concentrated selling pressure. --- Holding coins without moving, it sounds simple but it's really damn hard to do. I only lost because I couldn't resist the itch. --- Less opportunity? I think there are more traps. We need to be more cautious in 2025. --- As I get older, I realize that holding on tightly is more profitable than frequent trading. Unfortunately, I realized this too late. --- The project’s concentrated token releases smell a bit like 2018. --- Trying to swing trade for a year without exceeding returns—that's the most heartbreaking truth. I feel your pain.

Chasing highs and killing lows, this bad habit really can't be changed. I’m the same way, thought I was quick with my hands, haha.

Frequent trading is really the art of losing money; it's better to just relax and hold.
