Market makers play this game every single day—crushing longs one moment, liquidating shorts the next. The way they sweep through both sides is almost mechanical at this point. Notice how coordinated the moves look? That's no accident. This is exactly why I stepped back from active trading. Once you see the pattern, it's hard to unsee it. The risk-reward just doesn't stack up when you're competing against that level of liquidity control. Some people chase every bounce thinking they'll time it perfectly. I've learned that sometimes the smartest trade is the one you don't make.

It's boring to see through it, so it's better to lie flat

Once you see through it, you see through it. It’s upsetting.

Once you've seen through the tricks of the house, you can't go back. I now also choose not to trade if I don't have to.
