Looking at the trend of FORM/USDT, it's quite interesting now.

The 15-minute RSI is only at 65, still considered neutral, but the 1-hour chart has already surged to 77, clearly indicating overbought signals. However, the 4-hour trend remains strong, which makes it a bit complicated—strength hasn't broken yet, but there's some short-term overheating. The most frustrating part is that the trading volume is shrinking, which usually isn't a good sign.

From a technical perspective, a few key points to watch: the current price is around 0.37, where bulls and bears are fighting. Resistance levels are at 0.378 and 0.385, while support levels are at 0.362 and 0.355.

My approach is this—if the price can hold above 0.378, then go long with the bulls, targeting 0.385, and set a stop loss at 0.374. Conversely, if it drops below 0.362, then switch to short, looking at the 0.355 level for support, with a stop loss at 0.366. But at this position, I prefer to **wait and see** first, don't rush into a trade.

The reason is simple: the 1-hour chart is indeed overbought with decreasing volume, so there's no need to rush. Instead of entering now and getting caught, it's better to wait for one of two scenarios: one is a decisive breakout above 0.378 to go long, and the other is a pullback to test support at 0.362 to look for opportunities. Once a breakout occurs, stop loss immediately and exit—don't fight your mindset.

The combination of shrinking volume and overbought conditions does feel a bit uncomfortable; it's better to wait and see, no loss.

The market is overbought with shrinking volume. I'm also watching from the sidelines. Entering now would just be giving money to the market makers.

Decreasing volume + RSI overbought, this combination indeed requires waiting, don't rush to get in.

A shrinking volume is the real devil. Don't rush in without confirming that the 0.378 level is solid this time. Wait for a confirmation signal to see if it's promising.

The combination of shrinking volume and overbought conditions is indeed awkward. I'm also observing and will act once the direction becomes clear.

I'm afraid of the overbought condition combined with the shrinking volume. Let's wait for a breakout signal before making any moves.
